Instructions
Handling time & process: Items typically arrive at the lost and found office with a slight delay from the time they were lost. The transit time can range from 1 to 5 business days, but in some cases, it may take 2 weeks or more. We do not collect lost items ourselves; instead, we retrieve them from our client businesses. It is recommended to wait for 1 to 2 business days before contacting us.
Contact: You can inquire about your item by visiting our lost and found offices, by phone, or by submitting an online inquiry. Check our price list. We do not recommend contacting us many times via paid channels.
Item retrieval: You can retrieve your found item from the lost and found office or have it delivered to you. We can transfer the item for pickup between our Helsinki and Vantaa offices free of charge. You can request the transfer via our feedback form (please include the item number).
